Deadly Gazebo
Super Staff!
We were traveling with our 8 month old son (first big plane trip) and the staff were super sweet and accommodating. They helped us out with an early check in and a late check out just so we could keep our nap schedule! The sweet lady who ran the breakfast brought us out a feast to feed the kid even though the breakfast was over. Also, the quality of the breakfast was way above average for these hotels.

Stay elsewhere if you want to enjoy it!
This was a stop over which included skiing, etc. and the other places we stayed were so much better - stay at a Residency Inn suites to enjoy your stay vs. with a rude cleaning staff that just walks in on you without knocking, and an overloaded breakfast area that was out of everything and no choices, check in at 3:00pm??? Very dissapointing, won't be back, and we travel significantly!

Great getaway.
Stayed at the hotel for one night. I checked in and went right to bed, sleeping for 12 hours in a very comfortable bed. Breakfast next morning was good, although I would have preferred a slightly better selection. Free wifi is a plus, and the hotel is walkable to nearby shopping and restaurants, which is good for someone like me who does not have a car. If you do have a car, the hotel is right next to Rte. 390, which is very convenient. Overall, I would recommend this hotel for anyone who is visiting the Rochester area.

Short walk from hotel
The hotel is on a side street, about a 5-minute walk to Ridge Road, where there are nearby strip malls and restaurants. The closest establishments are Starbucks and Famous Dave's, and Perkins and Red Lobster are also nearby. If you have a car, a short drive either way down Ridge Road will offer more variety for shopping or dining. Greece Ridge Mall, a large shopping mall, is just a short drive away from this hotel.

One nite stay-perfect.
Very nice, perfect for our one night. The breakfast is quite extensive and good.

well.... what do you expect
The room service was prompt The bathroom door didn't lock It smelled like smoke when the room was non-smoking constantly

The hotel was awesome, every one was very nice and service was prompt. There was a very large group (family) who let their kids run all over and took over the pool; but not the hotel's fault. Our girls loved it. Comfy beds!!! I wanted to bring it home:)

Hampton Inn Rochester
We were visiting relatives and friends as we where former residents of Roch. Our stay was all we expected and more. we just regret that the new one on the Rigde was not open when we made our reservation as it would have been alot handier
