Yikes!
We just returned from a stay this past weekend and were quite disappointed with our stay. We arrived after the office was closed so they left a note stating our room number and left it open with the keys inside. We were shocked by how awful the room was. The dead bolt was broken, holes in the shower, paint peeling off the walls and the hot water knob in the sink would not turn on at all. The beds were hard as a rock. Although it was extremely out dated, that was not my major concern. I didn't feel safe. The next morning we asked for a room change and the girl at the front desk was very accommodating. She was very helpful and able to change our room but it was not much better. We told her about the poor quality ad she was gracious and happy to receive the constructive criticism. I hate to give this hotel a bad review because the people were very nice but I felt as if it was totally misrepresented. I think the pictures were from 1980. Hopefully they can fix some things and bring it up to par for the area it is in. The location was great!
