CrestHill Syracuse 02/25-03/02/13
Our stay was better than average, with "average" being other chains. Good value. Decent breakfast. Good rooms with full kitchens, and nice treats with popcorn, etc. There could have been more walk-around room in the bedroom. Computers in the "business center" had some issues, and had to print our airline boarding passes at the front desk, but staff was super about that!! We'll be back, but will ask for a room away from the elevator, as it was a bit noisy.

Best Value In Syracuse
We come to Syracuse several times a year to visit relatives or friends, or for reunions. Each time we stay here because we get a one-bedroom suite for at least the price of a room in other local hotels. The service and attention we receive equals that of other hotels we have stayed at in the area.

Great Stay
Three of us stayed at CrestHill Suites Syracuse Saturday 02/09/2013 since we were in town for the St John's/Syracuse basketball game. I brought an air mattress since I thought the room only had two queen beds. The receptionist said "well, let me check" and he changed our room to a 2 bed, 2 bath room with 3 queen beds. It's the nicest I've ever been treated at a hotel. The beds were great, the breakfast was great, the whole stay was excellent. I'd recommend CrestHill Suites to anybody. -Mike G.

really enjoyable stay!
The room was awesome! huge bed, giant bathroom, complete kitchen with dishwasher, stove, microwave, fridge, and even dishes if you need them. There was a tv to watch in the living room area and then another giant tv in the bedroom. The heater was adjustable (which is always nice especially if it was as cold as it was when we went) The staff was very nice and accommodating. we would definitely stay here again!

Home Away From Home In Syracuse
We always stay here when coming to Syracuse. For the price of a room at other hotels, we get a one-bedroom suite. Service is excellent. We haven't eaten the breakfast, but there is an excellent diner not far away. We stay here for reunions, Dickens Christmas, Sterling Renaissance Festival and the Zoo.
