Excelent night

The Hotel was perfect. The room had a really neat layout that I am my girlfriend really enjoyed. The window in the bathroom to the main room, and the giant tub are a really nice touch. The staff was really nice, and went out of their way to assist, and I also love that they are super green and and had a lot of little reminders in the room to let you know that. Would recommend for any couple looking for a nice night out.

Romantic

Comfortable and elegant. My girlfriend and I stayed here for a weekend and it was quite enjoyable. It's not in downtown, but still close enough to be very convenient

HUGE ROOM

This hotel is EXTREMELY beautiful. The room is HUGE and very very well decorated. It is located on I-35 frontage road which is minutes from downtown Austin. Breakfast and wifi are included. There is no cellphone coverage in the room that I stay, though.

Great weekend there

The staff was amazing and very kind and helpful, right off I-35, so it's a good spot, have to flip a U-turn coming from Austin to get to, but it's not bad. Room was very nice and very clean. Really a great spot and would love to go back. Loved the shower!

I wouldn't stay there again

To summarize in one sentence, I would say that the hotel is unprofessional and ordinary with nice bathrooms. After checking in (balcony room), we found the room fridge was frozen up and not cooling at all. When I called down to the front desk, I was told I could put ice in the sink or bathtub if I wanted to cool down beer. The bathtub has an interior window looking into the bedroom, and the rolling curtain was a tangled mess and appeared to have been that way for a long time. Both TVs had not been auto-scanned, so the channel list was difficult to navigate. Nothing was a deal breaker and we weren't mad about any of the things we came across. I would just say that the place isn't very professional and the staff we encountered, while polite, was apathetic. We had a good time while in Austin, but probably could have gotten a nicer hotel for about the same price.
