amazing!
My husband and I stayed at the casulo for new years eve. We went to fourth street and really had a good time. The hotel staff was really friendly and helpful. We LOVED our room. It was very welcoming and comfortable. The bed was amazing and so was the couch. The bathroom was a little smaller than I like but I like a big bathroom. The only reason it has four stars and not five is because for some reason it wouldn't let me click five.

great hotel
I wanted something special for my boyfriend and I to spend Christmas away and this hotel was the perfect hotel. The location is convenient to downtown and the club scene and the price for the hotel with sales and discounts made it unbeatable. But when I stepped into the hotel I was amazed at how nice it was from the lobby to the rooms itself. The shower room with separate bath was really nice and at first I thought the glass divider seemed odd...but it just added to the charm. I would definitely recommend it to couples as it is really romantic.

Great hotel, two issues
We went to a fast weekend trip to Austin to buy a new triathlon bicycle. And we were looking for a new and modern not so expensive hotel, and we just found the right one. However, we found as well a cockroach on the vent... I stood up on a chair to kill it in order to conceal a nice and enjoyable sleep. The cockroach was left on the carpet near the wall, out of our reach, I just thought, tomorrow house keeping will clean it, which they didn't. The other issue is that the bath towels seemed very worn out. And breakfast is very very very average, I will recommend you to cancel it and go out for BF. Out stay on the hotel was great, it smells pretty clean and tidy despite the incident, personnel is great, the ambient is great too. We saw a lot of young couples wandering around in the lobby area. We would of course go back to this hotel next time.

One night get away with best friend!
The desk clerk was friendly and helped out with the TV in our room that didn't get all of the cable channels. After the phone call, it took less than 10 minutes for the problem to be fixed. Prompt and courteous! Her name is Madeline and she was great! The bed was comfortable and the hot breakfast was delicious!

Nice but needs a better review written
When I got to my room I was expecting a bit more. The room was smaller than appeared in the pictures. It was still very nice and different from other hotels and the bed was very comfortable. The staff was all very friendly and helpful. As for complaints - I work for the state and am tax exempt but since I pre-paid then they said they couldn't do anything about it. The internet connection was down but they did get it fixed by the second day. Last my electronic door went out so it had to be replaced and I had to wait for that. I think it is a bit pricey for the size of the room when you can get something comparable for cheaper.
