Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites AUSTIN AIRPORT

Nice size room with all of the amenities that you would want.

The hotel room was very well maintained. Spotless. The mattress were a little firm for my taste. But not a bad thing. I traveled with a friend. I brought my laptop and the wireless was excellent. Did not have any trouble connecting or loosing connection. The business room is also a nice added bonus to print items. I had no complaints of the room or the staff. I saw other places cheaper by 20 dollars a week. This place is worth every penny. The complimentary breakfast is very good. The service is awesome. The gym was a bit small and pool. Only problem was the traffic. When it gets around 2-3pm local time the highway in front gets a little congested. No way to make a left turn or make a left turn to get into the holiday in express. Sometimes I had to stay on the right lane and make a right on the first light and then make a U-turn to get Riverside Rd. The Dennys was next door which was also a great place to eat. I will now look for holiday in express next time i travel. Holiday In Express was recommened by my friend. Now I will recommended it to my other friends.

The staff was very informative, helpful and friendly. The hotel was very clean and comfortable. The rooms were immaculate and very spacious. The free breakfast great, and the lobby/eating area is a nice size. The fitness center is small, but has everything you need (including a flat screen TV). The pool area is also very clean and cute.

I stayed here because I'm comfortable with the chain and wanted to stay close to the airport (due to an early departure time at the end of my trip). The room was comfortable. Wireless internet was spotty on the fourth floor, but I wasn't in the room long enough to do meaningful work anyway. I arrived very late (just about midnight) and wanted to get a diet Coke, but the vending machines were both empty. In spite of these limitations, the HI Express breakfast is great and the rooms are more than adequate. I'll stay there again.

great place for the price

My family members made a slight mistake and gave me the wrong location to get the hotel when I asked the staff if I could transfer to a Holiday Inn Express closer to my family they said no. Not because they didnt have room but because managers were not there to approve the change. Management works from 8 to 3. I usually travel and get to the hotel late at night so if another emergency would come about I couldnt depend on them. Other than that good hotel.

Friendly helpful staff. Clean, quite room set-up for business traveler - Free Internet, Desk. I need firm beds so the bed was too soft for me. Enjoyed quick breakfast and happy hour.

There were six of us traveling so we had asked for two rooms. We had no complaints with one room. There was a mildewy smell in the second bathroom though. We would stay there again.
