First Hotel Ho Chi Minh City

Close to the Airport. Just a few minutes. Very good breakfast buffe.

It is near to airport, if transfer is needed need to arrange with the hotel in advance. The room I am in although is in non smoking floor but filled with cigarette smell. The room is very small and bath also small with extra small bathtub. Breakfast is reasonable and staff is friendly.

First of all, know this: the hotel DOES have airport service but ONLY if you email them prior to your arrival and provide your flight number. Otherwise, you need to take a taxi, which I did, and it was all of $3 with a $0.50 airport exit fee. My driver knew the hotel but it always helps to have a printout that a driver can look at. When I left the next morning, the hotel put me in a prepaid taxi back to the airport. The room was fine, comfortable, clean, It's really all you need for an overnight stay. The hotel is about a 10 minute taxi ride from the airport and is located in a hopping neighborhood, although I got in too late to go out and I've spent plenty of time hopping in HCMC! Sidenote: I had an early flight so I had to leave the hotel at 4 a.m. When I took the elevator down to the lobby the door opened to complete darkness. I thought I went to the wrong floor!!! Nope, everybody was just on siesta on the lounge sofas and they woke up and got me a taxi, but never turned a light on!! They did give me a little breakfast to go! Anyway, this is a fine choice for the purpose and a good price!

Quite far from district 1. About 20-30 minutes away. Hotel is in a nice and quiet area. And it is quite a big establishment.

Good option for a short stay. Staff is friendly and helpful. A welcome drink and a fruit plate are nice added value, as well as no charge for business center and wifi. The only setback is location if you want to be going to district 1 all the time, where most important touristic attractions are.

Great hotel close to the airport, friendly staff & very clean. Free airport transfers which was also good.

I was late checking in (off a late flight) but the check-in staff were friendly and efficient and even had a 'welcome' drink waiting for me. They organised a wake up call for me for the following morning, as well. The young many who carried my bag up to my room was helpful in showing me where everything was. Internet access for free, wireless and reliable. I checked out at about 4am the next morning and the staff had a take-away breakfast waiting for me and paid my taxi fare to the airport (as well as organising the trip). All in all, I enjoyed this trip very much and appreciated the great service.

Very comfortable, great breakfast, good service. Did not pick me up at hotel despite two emails and one phone call. Had printout of my request at the hotel. Did pay for the taxi, and did provide return to airport next day. Great location if you want to be close to the airport.
