Enjoyed our stay at the Radisson

We were very comfortable at this hotel. Room was very large. We had a sleep number bed which was very comfy. Nice amenities are included. Hotel is in a convenient location, close to airport and many restaurants. The bathroom was a bit small.

My boyfriend and I came from Los Angeles for a wedding, also to visit some of his family. We arrived after 11PM to the hotel. We had requested a King size bed and no more were available. We didnt have a choice but to take a room with 2 full size beds. My boyfriend is 6'4" and not a small man. The beds were not sleep number(I thought all the beds were). The first night was not very comfortable. The next morning we were able to switch rooms fortunately. We didnt have enough towels that night and when I called for housekeeping I was told they were gone for the night and never asked what I needed. The next morning it took over 30 minutes for them to bring towels. We love the Radisson in Los Angeles but I doubt if we will ever stay there again in Chicago.

Check-in process was somewhat slow. Room was clean except small stains on comforter (mustard??). All rooms have a sleepnumber bed. Within a short (<5 min) drive to Rosemont CTA Metro station on the Blue Line providing easy access to all stops in downtown Chicago. Convenient walking distance to Allstate Arena. Many food choices nearby (Longhorn, Subway, Chipotle, Culvers, Chilis, etc...). Hotel was quiet and completely smoke free. I would stay here again.

As I knew I was going to be checking in late, I called twice during the day to confirm my reservation and let them know my arrival time. When I finally arrived they told me that they did not have a room as they had "accidentally" overbooked. This was the week of the Icelandic volcano and I can only assume they "accidentally" booked it for more money to somebody stranded in Chicago. They did offer to get me a room for my first night at the Hampton inn they also own a mile away. I would have to move back the following day. I had to work to convince them to let me stay both nights at the same hotel.

One staff member in particular really made this hotle shine for us. I belive he is the manager of the hotle cafe/bar. He gave us great advice on where to go and what to do while visiting Chicago. The shuttle service is very prompt. Our only really complaint is the bathroom was a little dirty (shower curtain had some stains on it) and the computer center is basically usless. I was unable to use the printer.

You can catch the hotle shuttle back to the Airport and take the blue train downtown. It is a little time consuming, but it will save you on parking costs!!

No problems at all. Great staff, even had a cab to call for me to get to my interview. Longhorn Steak House next door which does room service.

Easy access from the airport. The manager was very accessible and friendly but the front desk staff did not seem happy working there. They seemed more enthusiastic to shoot down your questions or requests even before we could begin to ask them.

At first I thought this was a great location especially for the price. I pulled into the parking lot and the place was jammed packed,, no parking spaces, I informed the reception that I wanted to use the park and ride set up, which seemed o.k., He gave me the map where to park, there was no space available and when I went in to tell him, the response was " I don't know what to say, you'll have to go into your car later and check again, or get up in the morning and look. I tried both, finally found one at 330 in the morning one spot in the corner. NO parking space. On our return visit, everything was great and reception was very friendly. the rooms are beautiful, and we love the select matresses, however, when we woke up in the morning we found sewege back up in our bathroom sink. Neither my husband or I got sick during the night, they were quick in response, but, the maintenance guy made us feel like it was our fault, and didn't not clean up afterwards. My husband cleaned the sink so he could get ready to leave. Yuck.

Stayed to attend Chicago Wolves Game. Dinner at Longhorn - great locatins. Room was good price for what we used it for. Nice place to have drinks and then go to game with friends. Bed super comfortable. Balconies nice touch now that no smoking hotel.

I and My husband decided to stay this hotel, coz it was good rate and decent price for this location. However, card key didnt work out twice...and we were supposed to get a king bed, but we get two twin beds. room was clean and comfortable, but it was little small and dark.

Room was very nice, clean, and comfortable. Bathroom, however, was very small. Could not turn around in it without hitting or bumping into something. No grab bar in shower made it feel a little scary as I am not as steady on my feet as I once was. Falling in this bathroom would have required a hospital stay!!! The onsite restaurant was only open for breakfast and although the Longhorn Steakhouse was attached, I would have preferred a little lighter fare for lunch or maybe to be able to buy some pastry or other snacky item. As far as smoke-free, both my husband and I could smell smoke when getting off the elevator. No smell of smoke in the room, however. The internet service was not free, either. It cost $5.95 per day. All in all, for as much time as we spent in the room, I have no complaints....the bed was comfortable, the room was very clean and the number of TV stations adequate. I would stay again as the price was very good.

The Longhorn Steakhouse is adjacent to the hotel. The food is good, not too pricey and stepping out of the hotel, walking a few steps and into the restaurant was a benefit as all it did the 4 days we were there is rain.

Close to many food options, target, office max, etc. A little far from city on public transportation, but if prepared can enjoy the city without driving. Approx. 2 hrs from Lincoln Park on bus and el. But nice to be in suburbs. Heard planes, but pleasant. Nice clean rooms, bathroom small, but very nice decor. Have been repeatly,worth the savings.

Stayed there because I had a wedding to go to half a mile down the block.It was good,I wish they had more coffee available in the room.Otherwise clean room and bathroom,quiet enough.I didn't like so musch that I was on the first floor,next time I will ask to go higher up in the building.

Friendly and careful staff, quick respond, best service I've experienced,really made me feel like home. The room and the bed are great, just be careful to check if the "sleep mode" does works. Free shuttle to airport, where there is subway to downtown, making sightseeing very convenient. There is no great view or pool, but it was quiet and clean, just great. Strangely, while providing iron and other fancy utilities, some basic ones such as toothbrush and slippers are not provided.
