The Space:

*PLEASE NOTE: SunDestin Beach Resort is undergoing an extensive property modernization project beginning September of 2024. Construction will occur from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, including weekends if required. Guest will most likely experience construction noise during these times and other inconveniences. Please be advised that our outdoor amenities will be closed until early Summer of 2025:

-Splash Pad

The grill and smoking areas will be relocated during the renovation. The indoor pool and gym are available during their regular operating hours.

This timeframe coincides with the first two phases of our property renovation, and all dates are subject to change due to weather, labor, or supply chain issues. We apologize for any disruption and appreciate your understanding as we work to enhance our resort for your future enjoyment. Renovations will continue throughout 2025 and into Spring of 2026.



This welcoming unit offers all the comforts of home with fabulous views from both the living room and primary bedroom that have access to a private balcony. You can enjoy magnificent sunsets along with the coastal view of the pristine emerald waters and white sandy beaches of the Gulf of Mexico. The inviting primary bedroom has a king-size bed and access to a full and a half bath. The living room has a queen size pull out sofa sleeper for extra sleeping arrangements. Both the living room and primary bedroom have a television and DVD player for your enjoyment. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare a home-cooked meal.



The beach is just a short walk away. Don't forget to stop at The Back Porch once you arrive! Henderson Beach State Park offers clear waters with plenty of wildlife to observe (and fish to catch!) just under two miles from the condo. Gator Beach, just under two miles from the condo, hosts free shows and exhibitions featuring one of Florida's famous animals, including a rare albino alligator. Enjoy shopping for designer goods at Silver Sands Premium Outlets, just under eight miles from this condo.

All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.

No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

SunDestin Beach Resort is undergoing construction to the building. Please expect intermittent noise during construction hours of 8am - 5pm Monday - Friday. If construction needs to go past these hours or on the weekends information will be posted a week in advance in the lobby of SunDestin. Construction will be completed by June 2025.

This condo offers its guests a water park, a hot tub, and a sauna. This condo also features barbecue grills and an elevator.
