2-Bedroom, 1-Bathroom Lake front cottage on a secluded section of Rushford Lake. No houses across the lake creates a very private setting.
No stairs! Just a sloping lawn to your own private dock and 50 feet of lake front.

This cozy cottage features two bedrooms and one bathroom with linens and towels. One bedroom has a bunk bed with an XL twin and queen bed, while the other bedroom has a queen bed. The cottage also includes a fully stocked kitchen, perfect for preparing meals. Enjoy the outdoors with 3 kayaks, 1 canoe, a BBQ grill and a fire pit. Free Wi-Fi is available. Ideal for small families.
Parking for two cars right next to the cottage.

Bring your boat or use our kayaks to enjoy your private dock with cleats. This section of the lake is a 'No Wake' zone. Perfect for swimming and enjoying the water. Three kayaks and a canoe are also provided. Life jackets are available and recommended to carry with you on the kayaks. We live next door and can handle any issues that arise or help in any way you need. We are a smoke free, no pet property.

This was perfect for my family of 4. We just fell in love with the Red Cottage and its privacy right on the lake for some R and R. Our host's Erin and Frank were so kind and the cottage was fully equipped with everything we needed. My kids ages 14 and 10, said this was one of the best trips we have ever done. We will certainly will be booking again next year!

We cannot say enough good things! Our hosts were very accommodating and attentive to our needs. We felt like family! The beds were amazing, fully stocked kitchen, beautiful views - we did not want for anything! It was bittersweet leaving and we hope to be back. Definitely recommend this property!

This was a quintessential "lake life" experience. Erin and Frank have lovingly built out a beautiful little space for someone to enjoy the warm days and cool nights of the southern tier of New York. If you are hoping to be outside on the lake, this place is just right for you. While it is a little place, it is well equipped with everything that one needs. Including a well stocked kitchen, a perfect little water closet and bedrooms perfect to sleep in. Everything else is awaiting you on their little property and that beautiful reservoir. I can't recommend it enough.
