As you walk in you are greeted by the ocean which you can see from the main door. This 2 bed property is right at the beach. As you step out,you take a few steps to the beach. The property is upgraded,is modern and has all the amenities you will need in a self catering place. It is close to everything. The beach, waterworld fun for the kids,bowling,Shoprite, takeaways,spur, restaurants. You can park your car and go to any if these places. Galleria mall which has all your retail shops,cinema,icerink,car racing games is within 3km. The area is quiet and is not overcrowded. This is a laid back beach town. Its clean and safe. The property is situated behind electric gates. There are cameras throughout the property. Outside is a braai area for those easy evenings with family/friends. What's unique about my property is that every detail has been thought through to make sure you feel home and comfortable,Kids are most welcome.
