Vacationing on the water without a real boat? Then this houseboat for four adults and two children is truly a perfect option! Beautifully located in a marina in Leimuiden, Aalsmeer. There is a roof terrace the size of the house with panoramic views of the Westeinderplassen and the marina. On the first floor there is also a smaller terrace where you can have breakfast, lunch or fishing.



The modern living room has large windows, allowing plenty of light to enter. You can also look over the water from all sides in the living room. An open kitchen, equipped with all amenities such as coffee maker and 4-burner stove, provides all the conditions for a good meal with the family. There are two bedrooms for two people. The bathroom has a toilet, shower and sink. In the cottage there are 2 SUP boards. The TV receives only regional channels and the Wi-Fi is limited.



Do you like water sports? At the reception of Jachthaven Kempers Watersport you can get SUP boards, water skis and other fun boards. You can also take a sailing course in the Westeinderplassen. Are you hungry after a day on the water? The restaurant at the marina serves delicious lunch and dinner. Free Wi-Fi is available outside the marina. You can use it on the boat terraces and in the Kempers Watersport showroom while enjoying a cup of coffee.



This house has a view from the living room and terrace over the Westeinderplassen, not the harbor.



Coastal towns like Noordwijk and Katwijk are about a 20-minute drive away. Larger towns like Amsterdam and Haarlem are 30 minutes away.
