Guests have full access to the entire home, including the spacious screened porch, yard, and private dock. You’ll also have exclusive use of two kayaks, two paddle boards, and life vests provided for your safety and enjoyment.

The only area off-limits is the golf cart garage, located behind the glass garage doors on the lower level. There is also an unlocked storage area accessed down the stone path in front of the driveway—please note that the only items guests should use from this space are the life jackets.

All other indoor and outdoor amenities are yours to enjoy during your stay. There are no shared spaces on the property.

Set the HVAC to 74 degrees. Leave the keys in the basket on the coffee table. Please turn off all the lights and the ceiling fans on the porches.
Please place used towels in the shower or tub. Remove linens from the beds and leave them neatly on top of the bed they came from.
If anything is damaged during your stay, please let us know as soon as possible so we can address it promptly.

I’ve stayed at a lot of VRBO‘s over the years and this is the one of the most immaculate and well decorated and maintained places I’ve been. The owner made sure we were well informed of the procedures and nuances and was genuinely concerned that our stay would be nice. And it was.This is a property to which we will definitely return.
