This flat has been our family's home for the last 10 years. It's a cosy place, warm, bright and condensation free. Located close to the city centre and 5 minutes away from Duthie Park. It has all the amenities you need for a great self-catering stay. There are three bedrooms, one living room, one bathroom and an extra toilet. We have quiet neighbours, free fibre internet, Netflix, Disney+ etc, free parking on the street and convenience stores close by. An ideal choice for couples and families alike.

We loved staying in Emilian and Nicole's flat. It was very clean, comfortable and had more than enough room for 4 young adults, much better than a hotel. The flat is about a 15 minute walk from the train station, which was very nice as we arrived by train. Emilian is a great host and answered questions before our trip about the area. Highly recommend!

Convenient location to downtown, ferry terminal and train station. Well equipped kitchen. Double beds were comfortable. Single bed was quite soft. Bakeries, 2 convenience stores and a Polish food store close by. Easy access to bus.
