Enjoy easy access to everything from this perfectly located base near the beach in Aberdeen, Scotland. An executive one-bedroom apartment on the second floor; beautifully decorated throughout. Well situated, close to beach walkways for daily sea air and a leisure centre nearby. Aberdeen city centre is conveniently close too, as well as a wealth of restaurants, shopping and entertainment areas. This flat / condo is a great choice for people looking for high quality furnished living!

This is a quiet apartment block and accordingly no parties and loud noise is permitted at any time. We kindly as that our lovely neighbours are respected.
Parking - please ensure you use the allocated parking space for No. 12.
No smoking within the property (including vaping). If you need to smoke, please do so outdoors well away from the front door (the smell may be unpleasant to non-smoking residents passing) and dispose of cigarette butts responsibly. Thank you!
Pets are most welcome by prior arrangement, however we would respectfully ask they not be permitted on the furniture. White linen can be unforgiving!
Garbage bins can be found within the car park.
A travel cot can be provided upon request - please request this in advance.
