Check in was a bit of a nightmare. I’d emailed twice via ebookers regards early check in and had no response so ended up calling them. Upon arrival we were left standing outside I. The rain as no one was answering the intercom door and also the telephone number that was listed on the front door. Ended up calling the phone I had phoned regards early check in. Finally got in after half an hour. Went to wait in brew dog and £21 for a wine, pint of ale and two packets of crisps! Apartment itself is beautiful. Very clean, warm and modern. Outside house in the bedrooms is minimal. Had a random knocking at our door at 3am…. Obviously she had the wrong floor. All in all I’d stay again but I think check in needs to be addressed.

Handy for getting to see things. Would be better if there was more information in the property. Apartment could do with more hooks for coats

Lovely apartment

It's a shame this was only a stopover for a big night out so we didn't get to make full use of the apartment. It looks even better than the pictures, well laid out and well proportioned. Very happy with our stay! Key didn't work first time but the lady at reception reprogrammed it for us and all was fine. I'd like to give a shout out to the Finlays teabags, it was gorgeous tea although I can't seem to find where to buy it!

Perfect for independent accommodation

Pros: Private and quiet, very clean, new fittings in good condition, spacious accommodation especially as I was on my own. Very courteous and helpful staff

Cons: Very good value, certainly much better than the local hotels and with the option for self catering - nothing to improve.

Location: Suited me perfectly as I was frequently travelling down to the harbour, only 5 minutes walk.

Private and quiet, very clean, new fittings in good condition, spacious accommodation especially as I was on my own.

Nice room but noisy

Stayed in one of the studio rooms, the room was beautiful but would benefit from black out blinds and ear plugs as it gets very bright and noisy early in the morning. Fine if you're an early riser. Not so good for a long lie. The location could not be better though and the price was very good. I would stay here again.
