Have stayed here for years and I'm sad to say the new owners have let this gem steadily decline. All customer service is handled by people speaking broken English. Front door knob fell off when we checked in, loose tiles, clogged sink and towels smell disgusting .When we checked in they gave us the wrong information and we tried checking in the the wrong room we gave the occupants a heart attack. Been my go to place forever. No longer.

Misleading ad, made it look like a cabin style place on the beach, but was a renovated motel. However, once in the room, it was very nice, spacious and clean. Main issue was the noise from outside, tons of loud talking and traffic noise from the main road in town. About a 10 minute walk to the beach.

A great place to stay.

Everything was great. This place is so clean and nice. Pet friendly as in cats and dogs. Place is cute ane nicely decorated. What makes it better is all the extra amenities they provide which can help make a stay better. This will be my place to stay when I visit Ocean Shores.

The room I got had vaulted ceiling with wood paneling and exposed beams. It was pretty sick. The vibe of the room was giving very much Pacific Northwest and looked premium without the price. The only downside is that without a front desk or an actual concierge, I can’t ask about where to go for brunch or dinner, or about the surrounding area—trail to the beach, whether or not you can drive on the beach, best locations for photography, et al. Also, please make sure your coffee makers actually work—the one I had was missing a component that actually pierces the pods. Going without coffee early in the morning without first freshening up was rough—you’re not going to catch me in my pajamas outside my room. Still 5 stars though!

Even though this property felt a little older than others in the area, it's upkeep was real good. The only draw back was you had to open all windows to keep the room cool. A plus was the property location, which is right buy one of the main entrances to the ocean beach.

It was clean, comfortable. Only thing I would like to see is a shelf in the bathroom. There is no place to set your toiletries. Other than that we were satisfied.
