J'ai reçu un mail comme quoi ma réservation avait été déplacée au weekend suivant seulement quelques heures avant mon arrivée, j'ai du retrouvé une autre chambre d’hôtel en urgence un vendredi soir d'un weekend où quasiment tout était complet en ville à cause de la CAN, ce qui m'a couté 400 euros au lieu des 117 de cette réservation. Hotel.com ne m'a jusqu'à présent été d'aucune aide car pour eux c'est moi qui ai changé la réservation alors qu'il n'en est rien. Je suis sûr que c'est du fait de cet "Hotel". Ce n'est pas la première fois que ça m'arrive en Côte d'Ivoire, il faut croire que les hôtels sont capable de changer les réservations en faisant apparaitre pour hôtel.com que c'est le client qui l'a changé. Je ne suis même pas sûr que cet hôtel existe vraiment quand on voit que leur numéro de téléphone commence par +212 et non +225 comme n'importe quel numéro en Cote d'Ivoire. +212 c'est au Maroc....
