Was not informed WiFi did not work upon booking or arrival. Had to force room door shut, would hang up before fuly closed. Had to adjust toilet flush valve in order to get it to fully flush. Exhaust fan vent clapped constantly when not on had to leave on overnight in order to sleep.

Room was run down and no WiFi. Not told about it. When I called to ask what was up, she told me that I signed a paper stating so. This was the make of car, license plate form you sign. I told her that was very sneaky and underhanded. Also, you could barely hear the tv on max volume. Room 303.

I was really impressed. i really can’t think of anything bad to say. My room wasn’t brand new, but everything was in good order and very clean and looked good. i would absolutely stay here again. the staff was very friendly.

Our first room had an adjoining door to the next room that would not lock so you were not safe. When I went to the front desk, they informed me they knew about this, but still had booked someone in that room. The second room we were put in the toilet would not flush if you put any paper in it. They sent someone up to look at it and she flushed it and it worked. However, after she left, it continued if you put paper in it, it would not flush.Our door if you didn’t pull heart on, it would not shut & lock all the way. Also, the Internet was down. It would have been nice to have been given a heads up the Internet was down prior to arriving so we can make other arrangements if necessary.

No WiFi has been down for over a month. Have stayed here for years and was never charged for checking in early. Arrived 30 minutes before check in and they wanted to charge me $35 for that. Plus another couple came in seven minutes till check in time and they wanted to charge them $35 as well.
