After an all day outdoor event, we went to the hotel. With confirmation and itinerary ID just to be told there was no record of our booking . Because the hotel was fully booked they would be able to accommodate us. There was definitely a breakdown in service whether it was 3rd party or in house we were left without a room for the night. I will be hesitant to use either service for future travel plans

No staff support, they weren't even present. Waited over half an hour to check in and to check out and then no one to attend the phone there was no one. They charged be an extra $25 on top of all other fees they had. But those they didn't want to refund it telling me that it was a part of their fees. Not right.

Bloody pillow

The beds were fine and the staff at the front desk was nice and friendly. However, the cleanliness was lacking. There was a dirty sock beside one of the beds. There was nail polish on the closet door. Paint was peeling in several places. The worst part was that one of the pillows had something orange all over it. It actually looked like blood. So we started looking at all the linens, and one of the comforters had a red stain on it. We called the front desk, and she replaced everything, but it still just felt gross to know that the cleaning staff was that negligent.

I was pleasantly surprised! We were desperately looking for a hotel at midnight. This property was recommended, so I decided to hesitantly reserve the room. We arrived and it looked like a basic hotel, but walking into our room, I felt like I was at a boutique hotel. Loved it! The decor is totally fun and tasteful!

Loud & disturbing

Loud music first night, 12:00 midnight, in next door room. Front desk requested they stop music, occupants said they would but did not turn off music. Front desk forced to go to room to get occupants to stop music.

Nice updated but noisy.

It is a fairly nice updated place. The issues were with the the noise you could hear people yelling outside and inside, slamming of doors it was out of hand. The breakfast was almost non existent might of well been unless all you want is cereal.
