This was an excellent facility to stay at. We were left in a bind and they were accommodating and thankfully had a room for us. Upon arrival, Shannon was at the desk and she was the most pleasant and lovely person and has excellent customer service, the most I’ve seen in a very long time in a hotel. We will definitely be staying at this particular facility again when we are in the area.

The lobby was clean and the hotel looked nice. The breakfast service needs some help. Could not keep up with the demand of people staying that weekend and it was a struggle to get a hot breakfast, let alone utensils or clean counters. Beds were not that comfortable, but the room was very nicely appointed.

We were there for 2 weeks and only had a chance to use the pool twice because it was dirty for days that was disappointing but everyone was wonderful and kind

Newer clean hotel with lots of storage

We stayed here last minute and got the last room so we were told by the front desk. We were pleasantly surprised by the new condition and ample storage. We only stayed one night, but commented that it would be comfortable staying more nights if needed. The linens for the pull out couch were nicely stored in one of the cabinets.

The room was excellent. We loved all the amenities. Great for when you need to stay awhile. Super friendly staff. Greeted us each time they saw us. Highly recommend. We will be coming back.

If you don’t mind not having any privacy while going to the bathroom or showering, this might not be bad. The door slides and doesn’t cover the whole bathroom, also there is about an inch and a half gap so anyone could see in if you’re staying in the same room. Mgr hyped up breakfast when we checked in and at 9, there was hardly anything left not even regular syrup. When asked, oh we have cinnamon and other flavors. We might be out of the other. Never would check. Out of butter, had it but wouldn’t refill.

Safe pleasant property but not appetizing breakfas

The AC buzzed off and on throughout the night obnoxiously so we had to turn it off so it was HOT. The coverlet was not to our liking. The water was brown. The breakfast was not appetizing so we passed on it. The room was big, spacious, comfortable beds, well appointed bathroom.
