the staff was very courteous and the bed in the room was one of the most comfortable beds i have slept on in a while! the room was clean, smelled a little like paint or paint thinner but I believe they are renovating, so i’m assuming that will go away! the breakfast was delicious, overall a great hotel for a short trip!

The room was clean and comfortable, although someone in another guest room was taking a late shower while I was trying to get off to sleep, which caused the plumbing to shudder loudly. A printout of cable offerings lying beside the bed included several HBO channels that weren't available. While passing through the lobby, I paused for a brief instant to glance at what might have been a room for guests to print and make copies. I couldn't have paused for more than a second; I didn't even go inside. Yet, a guy with grey hair and beard instantly chimed in with a stern, "May I help you?" This seemed odd, considering I was a guest curious about the hotel's amenities. He wasn't making me feel welcome.

Room reeked of cigarette smoke, even though there were massive do not smoke signs everywhere. the bathroom was foul; had dirty stained towels and alot of dust on them. Shower was ice cold, then steaming, then alternating every other second, that wasn't fun, but it was a run down hotel close enough to I-20 and Dyess AFB so, yay wouldn't stay again

After a long day of driving, when I arrived at the hotel, it was overbooked and they did not have a room for me although I did have a reservation. They tried to accommodate me by upgrading me to a suite, but that did not allow pets so I was back on the road to find another place to lay my head for the night. Very disappointing and a first for me - not sure I would try this hotel again in the future dude to the unorganized feeling at the front desk.

We were early arrivals. Our room was not quite ready. We were given the option of an alternate room or to wait in the comfortable atrium. The owner/ general mgr. brought us our room key cards personally. The hotel was recently beautifully renovated, very clean with excellent amenities and friendly, efficient staff. We will definitely return on our next travel adventure.

Great place to stay in Abilene while traveling.

Room was very clean. The bathroom could use an update, it was clean. Nice and quiet. The breakfast was excellent. All of the staff was friendly and helpful.
