Ideally located in the centre of the village of Abondance, just 50 m from the village square and near the departure point of the gondola, this charming wood clad apartment for 4 people (about 42 m2 including surfaces ˂ 1.80m height) has two attic rooms, one which sleeps 2 pers (140cm bed) and the second equipped with 2 single beds (90cm).

The open plan living area has a fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, dishwasher, extractor hood, hob, fridge with freezer, kettle, toaster, coffee maker etc .. ..) and living area with TV and stereo. (free wifi with shared connection) and a southwest facing balcony.

The bathroom boasts a magnificent shower of 140 x 90 with large shower head and multi jets, a, vanity unit,. suspended w.c and washing machine, with natural light from a skylight window..

For optimal confort there is central heating in the winter providing constant hot water backed up by our ecological solar heated hot water (in part of course, let's not forget the days without sun ... sorry oops! even in our beautiful village.)

And finally there is a large, shared private courtyard for parking and a communal garden with table tennis which you can enjoy during the summer, or lovely flat area for young or old to build your own snow men or snow sculptures in the winter.

We do not provide sheets and towels but are available to rent.
