Nice hotel, staff all very welcoming, accommodating, polite, attentive eg walked onto private beach & staff member quickly set up deck chairs, umbrella.

Great hotel

Upon arrival met by lovely lady Glen, who tried her upmost best to have our room ready quickly as our 10year daughter was tired after a 7hr flight. Glen upgraded us from a classic to a premium room so that we wouldn't have to wait 5 hours to check in. Great hotel, brilliant staff, great location, would definitely recommend and visit again. Staff were very welcoming. Fantastic

Lovely hotel with it's own privals beach.

Lovely hotel with it's own privals beach and choice of pools. Lovely friendly and welcoming staff. Checkin was a bit slow but we were upgraded for free as compensation. Would visit again and recommend to friends and family.

Great Winter Sun

We had a fantastic 10 days in Abu Dhabi in late February. The hotel lived up to the reviews & is a great place to stop the buffet breakfast is very good. Emirates Palace is close by & recommend you book for high Tea which has the wow factor. We went cycling around the Yas Marina F1 Circuit on a Tuesday at 6pm for free amazing for any F1 fan it's a must!!! Wound definitely book again.

Relaxing week

I and my partner went to Abu Dhabi for a week of relax and sunshine, away from gloomy London. We had fantastic time in Abu Dhabi - it's not a very busy, eventful place but it still has enough attractions so we never got bored. The hotel staff was very friendly and helped us with everything we needed, including organizing a trip to the desert and sending post cards. The hotel is a lovely place, with great swimming pool and beach, and we really enjoyed the breakfast, the beach bar (they have amazing wraps!) and evenings by the sea in the Kamoon restaurant with shisha. The only downside was that the food was a little overpriced for what it was. While in Abu Dhabi, we visited the Falcon Hospital, we went kayaking in the mangroves, went for an afternoon to the desert and for a day to Dubai. The rest of our stay, we just relaxed by the pool and it was simply amazing.

Excellent location

Hotel was in perfect location, near to Emirates Palace. All hotel staff were courteous and friendly. Room was immaculate and was cleaned spotlessly. Beach & pool area were excellent and food was very good. Couldn't fault it and would recommend to anyone
