Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities, room comfort

Dissatisfaction

I did not get to stay, the hotel claimed the hotel was fully booked. And reservations were made even before the day I was suppose to check in. I paid for two nights, but the hotel claimed they never received any notification regarding my coming.
