Esta hecho un asco el hotel se ve que no le dan mantenimiento no sirve el aire focos fundidos no servía el elevador no tiene predecía a personas. On discapacidad las fotos que uds publican nada que ver con la realidad deberían de verificar las co adiciones del hotel al final uds quedan mal comk agencia porque por ejemplo subiré a redes reseñas y el.nulo apoyo de uds ya qué telefónicamente no solucionaron nada

Pésima atención el único chico que fue amable y servicial fue el que atendió por la madrugada de hay en fuera todos son pésimo la muchacha que iso el check in asta me a cobro $200 por hacerlo un poco antes Pésima aire a condicionado en la abitacion no funcionaba a persar de reportarlo no hacioan nada solo lo disque checaban siempre abia un mal olor tampoco funcionaba el elevador a pesar que nos alojamos 4 noches aun asi nos dieron una abitación en el piso 6 todos los dias tener que subir ibajar bastantes escaleras asar qué le comente ala señora de recepción qué estaba lesionado de mi pie no le importo en lo mas mínimo jamás me volvería a hospedar en el ese hotel de verdad pésimo hotel eviten malas experiencias aun que este de oferta el hotel ni asi vale la pena

Las camas muy duras, los cuartos bastante descuidados, no sucios, solo se ven 3 canales en tv y 2 eran el mismo, muy oscuro dentro y bastante descuidado, la mesa del cuarto desnivelada y el wifi solo era en la recepción ,mucho de esto no es su culpa, muchos comercios no se han podido levantar del otis o ni siquiera se levantaron Pero para lo que es el lugar en general estuvo regular

Me pareció muy sucio el lugar y las instalaciones viejisimas, los baños sucios y con olor horrible. El servicio de bebidas es muy malo pues no quieren atenderte o se hacen los ocupados para no atender y el buffet solo incluye 3 opciones de comida (pollo, carne y arroz) y ellos te lo dan, no es un buffet realmente. Tuve que irme de inmediato desde que llegué porque me pareció pésimo. Reservé por tres días y solo utilicé unas horas y tuve que buscar otro hotel. Pedí mi reembolso y ni expedia ni el hotel me devolvieron el dinero y estamos hablando de 10 mil pesos.
