The view was great. The hotel is a little dated, the tv was very Y2K…. The a/c worked perfect, the towels did not feel fresh. The bed linens were mid. The price was comparable to what I got. It was a great quick getaway, location was ideal. I opted out of the all inclusive portion that was available, chose to eat off site. Value was there. Staff was nice. There’s always someone available, even at 3am.

I selected this hotel because I wanted breakfast included but at the hotel they told me that I have to pay $390 per person, the wifi didn’t work so we weren’t able to watch tv at night. I TOTALLY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL!!!

The staff was amazing from the security in the beachfront to the hotel manager Julio all the staff members were very friendly helpful and welcoming I felt like I was at home whoever is training the staff is doing an amazing job

Clean room, good staff ana amenities, only complain and please update that YOUR RESERVATION DOESN'T INCLUDE PARKING SPOT. That's not an issue by itself but they advertise it as Park available and it's under demand, if you're going on vacation season then take this into account, also elevator and pool can get crowded.

Nice hotel right on the beach, friendly staff and very good buffet restaurant. The New Year fireworks are spectacular. You need to be on 17th or 18th floor in the North wing of the hotel for the best view. There are two good restaurants on the beach but they hate credit cards!!! Read more about Acapulco security!

Las habitaciones pueden ser un poco ruidosas, ya que tienen puertas de conexión, y se escucha lo de los huéspedes de a lado. El estacionamiento está ubicado en otro lugar y tienes que caminar unos minutos para llegar ahí, y dado que está en remodelación todo alrededor, esto no es cómodo y está muy sucio a los alrededores. Fuera de eso, está práctico el hotel y tiene buen tramo de playa. La comida que no es del todo incluido, está rica.
