You will enjoy a complete apartment with a pool, beautiful and spacious gardens, parking in front, walkers and lake view. Everything you need for Home office, you walk to the beach, you walk out of the subdivision you cross the avenue and the access is just across the street. Fully equipped to make you feel at home, pull it out, take your family or friends to make the most of the best of Acapulco. Very close to the best beach party gardens, 7.17, Casa del Mar, Bonfil.
The space
The apartment has two double beds in each of the two rooms. All the furniture and accessories are brand new, it has high speed WI-FI, equipped kitchen and dining room, there is an outdoor terrace to feel the air and heat of Acapulco. Every room and the stay has air conditioning- The security in the condominium is very strict and access is controlled for you to have privacy.

You will have large green areas, walkers for exercises and a large and beautiful artificial lake, this is unique because the subdivision is designed to feel very comfortable, an aspect that the buildings or apartments do not have, it is very exclusive.
Guest access
The apartment is easy to access as it is on the ground floor and without a problem you go from parking to the entrance door, ideal for the whole family. The lake is right in front and you will be able to watch your kids run or play, the pool gets maintenance every day.
Other things to note
The subdivision is 5-6 minutes from the Island, 10 minutes from the airport, on the boulevard there is a very popular track with athletes and young people for running, skating and of course cycling. Many people in the morning to run or walk on the beach and see the sunrise, it is very safe, spacious and beautiful the beach.
