We stayed 5 nights. I confirmed our reservation multiple times , even up to a day before. When we arrived we were informed they had no rooms available but offered us an entire villa at their sister resort next door. We stayed at the villa for one night but it didn’t have ocean view so the following day they offered us a room in the hotel we originally booked. Beautiful view from hotel , and they cleaned it daily. For the all inclusive deal there is only one buffet that is included and the pool bar that serves snacks such as burgers, hotdogs. The pools were great. The buffet was small but they changed menu every meal so plenty of food options. Service at the buffet was excellent! No one spoke English not like when we traveled to Cabo or Cancun. We enjoyed our stay. The only negative is no hot water in shower just luke warm. The villa on the other have had 4 bathrooms with hot showers. We recommend visiting island Roqueta , playa caleta and our favorite was Puerto Marquez good swimming beaches no waves. Also if u walk 5 mins south to the rocks past hotel Emporio less waves and good to swim especially in the morning

La estadía puedo hacer sido mejor

Es entendible que la recuperación desde OTIS ha sido difícil, sin lugar a dudas... Pero creo que abrir el hotel y cobrar 'tarifas normales' por un lugar que una botella de agua para la habitación tiene costo, y aunque aceptes pagarlo, nunca llegaron; hacerles un recordatorio implica bajar a la recepción ya que no hay teléfono ni forma de comunicarse con nadie de recepción desde la habitación; que tiene el mínimo de canales en las tv... cuando hay señal, ya que se va constantemente...y no hay forma de reportarlo... Bajar al lobby y esperar ser atendido es cansado...no hay un solo mueble o planta en la recepción... Ir a la playa tienes que pagar por todo y no puedes comprar nada de los vendedores de fuera... Pero tampoco tienen gran cosa para ofrecerte decreto del hotel. Pedí algo de fruta, recibí tiras de zanahoria, jícama y pepino... Como 25 o 30... Mis vecinos de camastro pudieron fruta por fuera y vaya plato de frutas que les dieron por menos de los que yo pagué!! Si no permiten comprar afuera, mejoren su calidad y variedad, pero sobre todo, traten mejor a los pocos clientes que estamos empezando a ir para allá. No sean avorazados en sus cargos a clientes, al menos hasta que vuelvan a ser un hotel completo. Tienen muchas, muchísimas áreas de oportunidad...

Todavía necesita trabajo en la propiedad, lo que no me agrado fue el servicio del personal del registro, yo llegue antes de las 3 y no hicieron el intento o delicadeza de ver si me podían dar un cuanto antes de las 3 me hicieron esperar hasta el último minuto para entregarme las llaves de mi cuarto, para ser un hotel nuevo y querer ganar clientes y turismo no son nada flexibles con el cliente.
