The hotel clearly advertises a refrigerator in the room. When we checked in they said there was no refrigerator. However for 1000 pesos I could have one installed for the week. I picked this hotel because I wanted a fridge. It was false advertising and misleading.

First, there are no locks on the door, just a fastener which allows the door to crack open. This made me feel unsafe at night since the hotel is pretty open to the public. Second, the beds are the old spring-type and they had hills and bumps, it was hard to fall asleep. Lately, the wifi signal does not penetrate the room. The only place I was able to connect was right at the door or outside in the hallway.

Es un Hotel tranquilo, se podría decir familiar, y sus instalaciones son aceptables, a pesar de ser un poco de estilo rústico, pero brinda todos los servicios necesarios para una estancia comoda como son alberca, aire acondicionado, Wifi, elevador, Restaurante, etc., lo único con lo que no cuenta es con estacionamiento.

Muy sucio, muy descuidado, la alberca se ve sucia, el personal tanto del restaurante como de recepción son groseros, el dia que llegué habia hasta un moco en la pared del baño, la coladera de la regadera se inunda, la regadera echa agua para todos lados menos para donde es, las toallas de baño rotas, el Internet pésimo. Háganse un favor y no vayan a ese hotel, el desagüe del lavamanos huele espantoso, se sale el aroma a la habitación. Lo único que si estaba bien, fue el aire acondicionado.
