Nunca pude hacer chekin

La persona de recepción dijo que su jefe no le había dicho nada y que asi no me podria dar habitación, pese a que le explicamos y le dimos mas información de la reserva se puso en una actitud pedante y nos pidío que nos retiraramos del lugar. pésimo servicio.
