Bueno con posibles mejoras.

En general la experiencia es buena, es mi tercera visita al hotel y se aprecia el daño de Otis, sin embargo hay cosas que pueden mejorar bastante, los baños, no obstantre que se aprecian limpios, ya se ven deteriorados, en las cocinetas, anteriormente tenían unos pequeños frigobares, algunas luces de la habitación (1575) tienen corto o de plano no encienden (interrupotor inmediato al ingresar, prende desde la sala); los cajose del closet ya requieren un cambio, cueta trabajo abrilos y cerrarlos; los colchones ya piden a gritos jubilarse; pero nada que haga insoportable o desagradable la estancia (en relación costo-beneficio); algo que si resulta molesto es el apartado que le hacen a los extranjeros de los camastros, aunque uno se levante temprano, ya están apartados para ellos y eso si les resta valor. El restaurante en comida muy bien y servicio de los muchachos, excelente!

Everything about the hotel was okay, servers were great, maintenance service was horrible room did not have a functional AC, the safe didnt lock had to call the front desk several times to get anybody to help and several times I never got help to add also had construction at 7:00am in the morning in one of their High end Suites . We had nothing fixed or no help at all I will not recommend this hotel to nobody at all. The last night the AC was blowing at it fullest I was told by maintenance that that's all the AC would blow he also promised me some fans which he never showed up with at all I slept inside of sauna that's the way the room felt. It was horrible communication and no help at all also the hotel does not have a place where you could hang out after 10:30 they turn everything off and expect you to hang around in the lobby it's supposed to be an all inclusive but it's not at all I truly will not be recommending this hotel at all or even go back no customer service horrible experience

The AC was not working, the safe did not work and we called several time to get fixed but nothing was done. There was no where to sit after 10:30 pm because they did not allow anyone outside of the lobby. They were not helpful at all. The only staff that was very helpful was the staff in the kitchen. But other then that I would not return.

Furniture is super old and rusted, towels are REALLY OLD smell humid, NO HAND TOWELS OR shampoo or soap. They don’t offer any amenities. Wall lamps rusted and falling apart. Not even one decoration in any wall. Sofa bed old and dirty. Rooms smell humid. Front desk is falling apart old and not welcoming!!! I think this place used to be beautiful but it’s never been updated. The pool is rusted all around. Simply disappointing!!!
