El personal es muy amable todo el tiempo, la comida es buena y con variedad, las albercas cumplen pero las habitaciones si dejan demasiado que desear, vi un par de cucarachas, las instalaciones son muy viejas, el elevador rechina, las camas suenan y se sienten los resortes, no te dan un control para el clima por lo que, oye mueres de frío dejándolo o de calor apagandolo, en resumen todo mal con las instalaciones, todo bien con todo lo demás

Hotel sencillo con instalaciones relativamente confortable. El servicio All Include no está disponible todo el tiempo, más durante un periodo definido, de acuerdo al servicio. El café es básico, igual que las comidas. Cuenta con acceso y snacks en la playa, lo que es interesante y conveniente, aunque también en un horario específico. Si buscas algo económico, es una buenas opción, todavía debes ajustar las expectativas. El estacionamiento es algo raro en está condicionado a disponibilidad; por ende, la atención del equipo es mala, debes disputar la atención y contar con el buen humor de cada.

Queja del Conductor del camión para Playa

Bueno, solo un detalle, el conductor del camión que nos lleva a la playa en el regreso se portó muy grosero, porque hicimos la fila en un lugar donde había sombra en lo que esperábamos a que llegara, no quiso poner el vehículo en donde estábamos que era solo un poco más adelante de donde dice que se debe poner, ocasionando todo un desorden y obviamente los que estábamos hasta adelante fuimos los que subimos al último yéndonos parados, sobre todo había personas de la 3era edad, un poco de criterio para que no ocasiones estos problemas entre los mismos pasajeros y clientes del mismo hotel, no hay necesidad.
