En terminos generales bien, aunque ya en otras ocaciones he visitado el lugar quedo a deber con lo ya acostumbrado. En el bufett falto variedad, en la noche mexicana ya no show completo. Y en el club de playa llegue una hora antes y les tuve que recordar era cliente del hotel para que me asignaran sombrilla y sillas. El personal solo miraba el reloj. Espero tomen en cuenta estas observaciones. Yo pague el precio.

Cumple con lo que ofrece un todo incluido a buen precio, hay que ir al club de playa que no esta lejos y te llevan en un camioncito, la comida bien, en general recomendable el hotel. Dos campos de oportunidad uno el mantenimiento arreglan las fallas pero creo que les falta calidad al hacerlo, repararon una gotera pero con una plasta de silicón creo que pudo ser mejor, las ventanas del baño se veían pintadas pero los vidrios con escurrimientos de pintura. dos no tiene ventilación el baño las ventanas del baño no se pueden abrir y eso es un problema, la ventilación hace falta

Habitacion, comida,baño,todo lo que tiene que ver redpecto al hotel, el personal muy bien muy atento pero el hotel por lo que cobran muy mala calidad los baños te sientas y no puedes cerrar la puerta, y aparte el baño del cuarto que nos toco tenia que bajarle mas de 5 veces ,el camion en que te llevan ala playa se anda callendo a pedazos no muy mala calidad del hotel no se los recomienro

Personal muy amable sin duda, limpieza de instalaciones muy bien, pero en las noches las habitaciones no aíslan el ruido exterior, las instalaciones son viejas, podrían mantenerlas en mejores condiciones, las camas demasiado y las almohadas muy incómodas, las toallas se ven percudidas tanto en la habitación como las de la alberca. No hay wifi en habitaciones lo que en verdad ya es necesario. Los elevadores son pequeños y tardan demasiado en dar servicio.

Todo muy bien, pero lo que no me gustó fue que las bebidas te las dan en vasos desechables , pienso que es demasiada contaminación, lo mejor es que lleven sus termos y solo den la porción de los 2 vasos que dan por persona. A mi punto de vista solo es por la contaminación del desechable , tarda mucho en degradarse, es contaminación para nuestros animales marinos y terrestres.
