The location is nice, food options are limited and overpriced. The Host Betty was amazing, and very helpful. The building doesn’t have good signal for service. Wi-Fi only works inside your room. The building reception staff aren’t friendly at all. Cleaners will knock for 15-20mins even when you say No thank you. Close to the airport. Uber/Bolt very reasonable.

The flat was very clean and tidy. Oko was very helpful with anything I needed. My only complaint would be the lack of information about what to do with the key when you leave. It should also be noted that there was no coffee maker in the room. I also didn't know when I ordered the continental breakfast(which was not as you'd imagine for a continental breakfast) that there's a café in the hotel which I would have chosen to use had I known.

Very clean, however somewhat disorganized. I had to wait for someone to come to reception to check me in, didn't like the wait and I had to ask twice before this happened. I booked a 1 bedroom and was given a 2 bedroom as. It was communicated without my apology or forewarning that I will be moved the following day - just stated to I would be moved the next day. Next day, no communication about the move as I arrived back from a tiring day, personnel wanted to move me straight away to which I refused until I was ready. The 2 bedroom stank of cigarette smoke. I was then moved but access from another block from the car park wasn't moved causing me to walk a long way to get to my new room. There is no clear check in or checkout process and if you have a visitor you are wondering how that process is to take place Staff were responsive but for a relaxing stay I doubt I'd return. But appreciated the cleanliness and room amenities including complimentary coffee.

I am so glad we stayed at The Gardens. I was traveling with a large group. The Gardens was perfect for us because it offered the ability to be together but to have space and independence in a central location. The apartments were immaculately kept and had everything we needed for an extended stay. If we did not have anything our onsite concierge, Oko, was very responsive day and night. He really went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect. The onsite restaurant was very convenient and the food was good. It was so nice to have that as an option on nights one or two of us did not feel like going out to dinner. Also, the pools were beautiful and a perfect amenity for chiller days and nights. But if you did want to go out The Gardens was a perfect starting out spot - just minutes from many of the most popular restaurants. I couldn’t have been more pleased with our stay.
