Gify, Abegel, Tabitha, Michael, Richard, Christiana,Edward, and Bernard were all friendly, helpful, and nice. The rooms were very nice! The bathroom shower tile had a little mold but no issues with everything else.

Traveled with my wife and sister and it was wonderful. The hotel was beautiful and the room we where in was clean and I love that there was fruit waiting for us and drinks were complimentary . We met a lot of nice people there. Our stay was very accommodating. The pool area was very nice and cozy. I love that the sauna, jacuzzi, steam room were complimentary. Upon arrival we were greeted by Gifty who was amazing our entire stay. Tabitha checked on us our entire stay. Richard took us where we needed to go. Emelia who was kind. Had a great conversation with Eddie. Bernard and Michael who served my wife while she was at lounging by the pool. Abel who was very informative. I will definitely come back again.

The rooms at this property are showing their age. Creaky wood, moldy smells, etc. However, given the other options in the city, this is probably your best bet. The facilities are great. The rooms just need a refresh.

Amazing hotel

This place is a paradise! It is expensive but worth the price. Breakfast was one of the nicest buffet breakfasts I’ve ever experienced. Pool great. Cannot think of anything negative to say.

AMAZING

It was one of the most amazing Hotel Experiences I ever had. I am from USA and this Hotel in Ghana absolutely out did itself. It was like being at home away from home only in a Palace as a King or a Queen. The staff was there every moment you need them you just whisper in a direction and they will help you no matter the need. The world wide buffet had foods from all over the world so no matter where you live you can eat just as if you were in your home town. From the finest of foods to chicken strips it was absolutely Amazing.Fruits Vegan any diet. You may think i was paid to write this but i was absolutely not. Suggestions : don't drive yourself take a taxi and 2) this hotel is a great way to haven yourself from the outside world while really getting a feel for the culture. Swimming, Moonlight dances, Ball rooms they had it all. It was worth many times the costs. Thank you all staff for your excellent outstanding service.
