The Villa offers a truly spacious, open- plan contemporary space extending into your own private porch area. The villa space includes a living and dinning area, Kitchen and un suite bedrooms. The interior décor is beautifully chosen and put together to present a bright and light space. The space is unique and relaxing but it does not end there!!!. Your space extends to a shared swimming pool area where you get to relax and soak up the African sunshine and get to socialise with other guests...Enjoy!!!

Our dedicated team of staff are on hand to offer recommendations and assist at the same time respecting your privacy. From time to time the hosts will be around too.
Other Things to note
For electricity, the villa is fitted with a prepaid meter which will be uploaded with 500 cedis of credit every 7 days. The customer is responsible for buying more credit as required depending on the use of water heaters and air condition. Staff will be on hand to assist. As in most developing countries, from time to time there may be a power-cut. In the event of a power cut we have standby a generator subject to fuel top. Staff on hand will undertake this task.

Please switch off electrical appliances when not in use to save on electricity and bring any issues to the attention of the manager. Please look out for welcome information pack to help you to find information and tips

The neighbourhood
Overview
The neighbourhood is less than 25 minutes away from the Airport . The area is surrounded by shops, banks ATMs and fast food places like KFC Spintex and chicken Republic Spintex, all within walking distance. There are a number of supermarkets (Baatsona Total Filling Station) and the famous Junction mall ( of internationally standard) is just within 10minutes drive.
Directly opposite the complex is Matcare pharmacy and within 5 minutes walk there is a foreux bureau, a few places to order a meal and have it delivered like Papa's Pizza Spintex. All the places named can be traced and found on google maps to help you to plan your stay.
Getting around
There is a taxi rank and a bus stop a mere 3 minutes walk from the complex where you can catch a ride to other parts of Accra. Or alternatively staff will be able to call for a taxi on your behalf to come inside the complex
Ranna Plaza, chicken republic,Paloma Hotel, Ecobank Spintex, China Mall ,sakomono beach, labadi beach, Junction mall, KFC 18 ,Papa’s Pizza, Baatsona total.

Accra Mall, Galleria Mall, Palace Mall and Arco are all a short drive down the Spintex road. So the location is truly brilliant for shopping for every conceivable items.

This villa offers its guests barbecue grills and laundry facilities. The front desk is open around the clock.
