I booked and paid for a 1 bedroom executive room which includes a separate living room area . After waiting a while to be serviced i was then given a suite which did not have a separate living room . I was then told what i booked for is not available and they couldnt ensure a refund . So i was then moved to another apartment which was 20 minutes away . There was no care or compassion , and it seems to be a norm . I nade a second booking and same incident arised

Horrendous and unprofessional communication.

I need my money back. I booked Lennox but they checked me into embassy gardens. AC was not working. Room was dirty. Bed had finger prints all over. As if someone cleaned his hands on headboard. Iron board was broken. I called agent but nothing was done. Although I paid for 3nights, I had to check out the next day.

I booked to stay in the Lennox Abode before my flight home from Accra airport and when we arrived we were told that there was no room for us. I don’t know if this is the fault of the hotel or the agent but it was not satisfactory. We had to get a taxi to Embassy Gardens hotel and stay there instead.It was a lovely place and we had a nice time when we arrived but it was not okay having to get an Uber late at night in an area we are not familiar with.

The rooms were well kept, and the property was very nice and clean, and I loved the garden sitting area. If you need anything extra like tissue or maintenance work the staff was right on it. My host Ulysis was great.

I Reserved executive room fully paid. Day before check in I received message relocating me to sister company. When I got to the place my executive room turned out to tiny room with full bed barely contain two sleeps no space to even move around. I contact them regarding my reservations and they wanted to relocate me to another hotel again I was shocked. Prior to this I couldn’t get to the place on time because I had to drive 8 hrs plus traffic delay, including accidents l had to re- route, to cut short l was late to check in, called them no response security couldn’t help either this 2am I have to looked for another hotel to rest. This means I exhausted one night/day for free and my last night turned out to be this small coupe they caved me in. With no apology

Very well situated property. Had quite a few issues during our stay with housekeeping - no toilet paper, no bathroom rugs (a safety issue) requested one and it was removed after 2 days, requested pillow cases for 2 pillows and they were taken away after 2 days, apartment description online is misleading - pay attention when booking.Nice place but management needs to step up and be more responsive. Booked apartment for 11 days but left a day earlier.

Clean rooms. This room did not have a dining area except if you sit at the balcony. Only thing is the mosquitoes you have to deal with. Otherwise room is clean and comfortable.
