Located in a splendid position facing the sea, Acqua Marina is an elegant and comfortable villa with swimming pool in Pozzillo, near Acireale. Beyond the beautiful swimming pool and solarium, the villa is surrounded by a well-kept Mediterranean garden and spacious terraces along the seafront. Its exclusive and welcoming interiors are spread across two levels. On the ground floor is a large living room with TV, a modern and well-equipped kitchen, dining room, bathroom, laundry room and a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower. Then on the first floor is the sleeping area completed by three other double bedrooms, all with en-suite bathroom with shower. The residence is even equipped with the best amenities, such as air-conditioning in all rooms, Wi-Fi, 2 smart TVs, washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, electric and microwave ovens, Espresso machine and American coffee maker, wine cellar and ice machine, plus private parking. Perfect for families and groups of friends, Villa Acqua Marina is likewise an ideal base for exploring the wonders of eastern Sicily, including Taormina, Etna Park, Acireale, Aci Trezza, Aci Castello and Catania.
