The villa develops over two levels.

On the ground floor (accessed from the outside only) we have a large living room with kitchen, sitting and dining area, one double bedroom (with king size bed) and en-suite bathroom with bathtub, one twin bedroom with en-suite bathrom with shower, one double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower, a games room complete with table tennis, table football and punch bag, veranda, terrace.

On the first floor (accessed from the outside only), we find a modern living room with sofas, TV, dining area with direct access to the terrace via French doors, kitchen room fitted with modern appliances and laundry room.

The sleeping area consists of two double bedrooms with king size beds and en-suite bathrooms with shower, two other double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms with shower, one bedroom with French bed (better suited for two children or one adult) and en-suite bathroom with shower.

Outside, the villa offers stunning views across the sea from its large terraces furnished with table and chairs for dining and comfortable outdoor furniture. The 1000 square metres garden is furnished with a gazebo with outdoor seating and sun lounges all located by the large private swimming pool (20x6m; 1.5 – 4m deep; open from March 1 to November 30).
