Beautiful holiday apartment in Acquedolci, in the province of Messina just 500 m from the sea. The apartment on the fourth floor is functionally furnished and is located in a residential complex. The holiday apartment ISS030 is located in the same building on the second floor. The location is ideal to reach the most beautiful beaches in the surroundings of Messina, such as Gioiosa Marea (20 km) or Capo D 'Orlando (30 km); in this northern part of Sicily there is also the sanctuary of Madonna di Tindari (50 km) and the beautiful spa town of Cefalù (80 km).

Acquedolce Ferienwohnung

Nicht gut fanden wir: - Meer ist zwar in der Nähe, aber unmöglich dort zu liegen/baden. Man muss also ein Auto haben,sich gut auskennen um an einen Badeabschnitt am Meer zu kommen. - Pool wie in der Beschreibung zwar vorhanden aber ohne Wasser und man sieht schon lange nicht mehr benutzt - Stromkosten sind fast doppelt wie normal in der Gegend - Besitzer geht davon aus das man den kompletten Müll beim Auszug entsorgt. Ist aber nicht möglich, da jeden Tag was anderes abgeholt wird (Plastik, Papier usw.) - Bezahlung nur in Bar (Strom, Bettwäsche) - Bettwäsche / Handtücher muss man extra bezahlen, steht nichts in der Beschreibung (pro Person 12€) - Herd funktioniert nur ab und zu - keine Waschmaschine Sehr gut war: - kostenlose Parkplätze genügend vorhanden - sehr schönes Restaurant unterhalb der Appartements - sehr große und gemütliche Terasse - Appartement sehr sauber und Familie optimal - grosser Kühlschrank - Ein Lebensmittelgeschäft ist zu Fuss erreichbar Insgesamt war es ein schöner Urlaub, mit einem schönen Appartement und wenn man ein Auto hat kommt man auch überall hin, auch ans Meer :)
