Die Information an der Reception war nicht gut. Vorallem die Auskunft über Parkmöglichkeiten war sehr schlecht!

Altes Hotel ohne Aktualisierung

Wir arbeiten nicht mit ebookers. So wurde uns klar gemacht, dass keine Buchung vorliegt. Erst nach langem hin und her (zeigte meine Mail) hat man irgendwie doch entdeckt, dass alles inkl. Zahlung ok sei. Es sei über eine andere Firma gebucht worden. Ohne Entschuldigung wurden wir dann eingecheckt. Wir kamen uns als unwillkommene Gäste vor.

Das Zimmer war kalt. Nicht geheizt.

Pros: Die Lage.
Cons: Es war zu kalt. Die Zimmer müssten in dieser Jahreszeit unbedingt beheizt sein. Matratzen hart. Kopfteil nicht regulierbar.
Location: Beste Lage.
Nettes Hotel. Personal nicht sehr freundlich. Eher distanziert.
