Great stay!

My wife booked this place and we were surprised how nice it was. An older house with an interesting history, beautifully modernized by the owner. The area was very peaceful, the room was very nice and the game console in the lobby gave it a nice touch. The owner even made complimentary cookies for the guests. The breakfast was really good. You can tell there’s a lot of heart and soul put into it, a lot of attention to details that make for a great stay. We would book again if we’re ever around the area.

The host ran down the driveway to welcome us and to help us park! He ran!! How unique is this? Both hosts helped us with our luggage. The home is a Victorian dream, with beautiful oak woodwork and sumptuous wallpaper. Amanda cooked full breakfasts for us, and had other extras available. Location is good for walking.

We had a great experience during our stay at VAAST Bed & Breakfast. It's a very charming bed and breakfast, with great rooms, excellent hosts and a nice pool. Spent a weekend with family that includes a toddler and an infant. They both had an amazing time as well. Will definitely go back the next time we are in the area.

Very pretty turn-of-the-century home with lots of charm. The stairway to the 3rd floor was narrow, but is common for homes in that era. Amanda is a very gracious host. We enjoyed hanging around and talking to her as much as experiencing the Amish country. Sky the Weimaraner was my pal while we were on the first floor.

My fiancé and I loved everything about it. Even though we only stayed for 1 night we felt welcomed and right at home. Amanda is very friendly and provides excellent hospitality. Breakfast was homemade (which was a plus) and there’s lots to do inside the property. We’ve never stayed at a Bed and Breakfast before and we are glad we chose Vaast to be our first experience. I highly recommend this Bed and Breakfast. Definitely will be staying here again when we’re back in the area.
