The location was very convenient. The staff and service was amazing!!!! The best I have seen. The breakfast had many selections, but you can also order specialty food such as gluten free.

The staff at this hotel were amazing very friendly, helpful, and went above and beyond. They deserve 5 stars. Unfortunately, the hotel itself did not meet expectations. I ordered a crib for my infant, but what was provided looked like a pet cage and was not appropriate or safe for a baby. Due to this experience, I would rate the hotel 1 star, even though the staff were excellent.

The staff was friendly and helpful. Eden, Mulu and Dawit were always willing to help any way they could. The room was clean with a large restroom and shower. The breakfast was good but it is very expensive to book online. It is good but not worth $30.
