The rooms are far from soundproof. Loud music until 2am. Rooms have no air conditioning. If booking through Expedia do not expect breakfast to be included. They did not tell us breakfast was not included until after we ate breakfast even though they asked for our room number before we ate. Food for breakfast was always cold and not very good. They use some oil to cook that makes the food taste terrible. Service is slow and many do not speak or understand English which makes communication difficult. I stayed her on various occasions and the last time was provided the worst room ever. No offers to move us until we decided to leave. I will not stay here again.

The hotel is very close to the airport and easy access to all other areas. I must say that the staff were excellent in all aspect. The hotel is more than a 4 star. everyone was professional in there area of work. The manger was always wanted to help and asking whether we were okay. We felt home away from home. It was abit noisy due to construction work around but was expected. Food was nice but could do with more variety especially continental cuisine to fit all. in general i would recommend anyone to stay here and would also stay again when in Addis
