Magnificent flat with sea views on the first line of the best tourist area of Tenerife Playa del Duque. It has a living room and terrace with beautiful views of the sea and La Gomera island, a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious bathroom and a bedroom with double bed. The flat has all the necessary facilities and services where 3 people can stay comfortably during the holidays. The complex has beautiful communal areas with gardens and two swimming pools, one of them heated. The terrace has sun all day long. The Plaza Del Duque shopping centre is only a few minutes walk away. Around the complex are the best bars and restaurants in the area.
NOTE: Check-in ends at 21:00. Late arrival is possible for an additional fee €50.

Please be advised that noise may occur during the designated working hours. The construction does not affect the apartments or the complex itself.
