Perfect stay.

The property was amazing! Stunning views and local shops and beach. Very clean. The pool was heated which was great as we were never out of it, however it had no shallow end and my 5 year old needed armbands as he couldn't touch the floor and my 11 year old only just managed on his toes so care is needed. The bin men came around approx 3 times at 2am and on all occasions woke us up. The holiday on a whole was the best we had been on Siam park was 15 min drive, Las America's was 20 min drive and the airport was 25 mins drive. Stunning island would definitely come back to this villa.

Lovely but please be careful!

We stayed for a week. The management is very helpful. The duplex is lovely and it is well worth the 70 euros to have the pool heated. However the apartment could really do with a good clean, it is a bit rough around the edges; it could do with nicer bedding, a lick of paint, some better glasses etc. The swimming pool lights didn't work and lighting is poor downstairs.Also it really hadn't been cleaned very well. The stairs, by the bedside etc were pretty rank with other people's hair, dust etc. Finally the beware bit. We were burgled on our last night and all our cash taken. We had all the doors locked, however someone managed to rob us. Management came to see us but could do nothing to help. Please be careful. We didn't think we'd need to put our wallets in the safe at night when we had all doors locked and the chain across. Also, finally the car is of poor quality and the service from Pluscars awful. No one was even there to pick the car up from the airport. So in conclusion a potentially lovely duplex, a lovely resort but be careful.

Lovely house, great outside space and pool, lovely town too

We have had a great week. Lots of space in the house and garden. We loved having the pool and paying a little extra to heat it was a great idea as we used it every day. The house is ideally located to easily and quickly visit the local bars, restaurants and also an easy walk to the beach or pool bar. Great communication with the owner and staff. The car was a bonus. Excellent value for money - thank you.

Good location comfort of villa could be improved, parking is very poor

Enjoyed our holiday on the whole. Lovely pool-worth paying extra for heating. Comfortable settee and well equipped kitchen. Outside chairs were not comfortable at all and needed replacing. Bed not very comfy -the mattress was very thin and basic a bit like camping! Parking outside the villa was a nightmare! Be warned if you park outside on the same side of the road you will get a parking fine! Every car parked on the same side got tickets. It was only by chance that we didn’t as we were just leaving as the local police were issuing tickets. The kitchen was well equipped. I wouldn’t return to this villa unless they upgraded the furnishings it is definitely in need of tlc which is a shame as it has the basics.

We love this place!

We have stayed in Callao Salvaje numerous times and this is the second time we have stayed in the Duplex. The location is ideal for the bars and restaurants as my husband has mobility problems. We paid 70 euros to have the pool heated and it was worth every penny as we swam everyday no matter what the weather as it was like stepping into a warm bath. The agent for this property is excellent. She takes the time to talk you through the amenities and is very helpful and willing to answer any questions you may have. I have no doubt we will return to the duplex.

Great property!

I visited this property for 10 days with my wife and 2 children and we had a lovely time. The duplex is spacious and clean, while the garden and pool are brilliant. The owner is also very very helpful. I definitely plan on returning soon.

Great place for a holiday!

Superb stay. From the moment we arrived in Tenerife everything ran out like clock work. The car was waiting exactly at the place detailed in our instructions and we we were met to be escorted to the property bang on time. The accomodation was beautifully clean and the pool man came twice a week to tend to the pool area. The house itself had everything and more that you would need for a self catering holiday. The location is great to explore the island being within 5 mins of the TF-1. The village itself has numerous restaurant and bars to visit. Highly recommend a visit to the Montecristo bar for a great friendly welcome and really cheap drink. My only criticism, and this is not something within the owners control, is the 2 properties to the left which leave a lot to be desired. Thankyou Galindo and staff for a great stay

Buen lugar…

… es lo que se anuncia y cumple con todo lo que se oferta. Hemos tenido, eso sí, la mala suerte de unos vecinos escandalosos con música alta y diálogos molestos hasta las 2 y 3 de la mañana. Hago una propuesta y es que si el residencial tiene unas normas tienen que buscar la forma de que se cumplan. De resto nada que objetar, al contrario, un buen lugar para desconectar, descansar, leer y pasar unos días de relax. Gracias por el buen hacer y felicitar a los responsables.

LOCATION INTERRESSANTE AVEC QUELQUES MANQUES

Un lave vaisselle ne serait pas superflu, et surtout une place de parking dédiée. Une amende pour stationnement interdit devant la maison, nous a fait perdre de l'argent et une matinée. Toutes les voitures stationnées comme nous ont été verbalisées. Pas top. Il serait bien de prévenir les futurs locataires de ne pas s'arrêter devant. De plus il serait aussi bon sur l'annonce de ne plus marquer que la location est prévue avec une voiture. Cordialement

Nous avons passé de merveilleuses vacances dans une maison très propre et super équipée avec une salle de bain dans la chambre principale et une douche dans l’autre pièce. Nous avons apprécié la piscine tous les jours. Un très grand merci au propriétaire pour son accueil et sa gentillesse. Nous espérons revenir bientôt car l'endroit est magnifique We had a wonderful holiday in a very clean and super equipped house with a bathroom in the master bedroom and a shower in the other room. We enjoyed the pool everyday. A very big thank you to the owner for his welcome and his kindness. We hope to come back soon because the place is beautiful

Very nice house with equipment, at walking distance to the beach. Very calm place. Ideal for family.

The weather in October was perfect, lot of sunny days. Nice beaches (Ajabo, Galgas), several supermarkets next to house, 2 french bakeries. House was clean and well equiped. Swimming pool was clean and good for entertainment for kids. If we needed help or anything, there was Mr Galindo employee, who was very mind and helpful. We were very satisfied.
