I'm happy to offer this beautiful 1 bedroom apartment for your holidays. The apartment has one bedroom, a bathroom, an american style kitchen together with living room. There is a lovely terrace with wonderful ocean views which is an amazing place to watch sunsets while enjoying a glass of wine. Our apartment is located in the complex with heated communal pool and bar. There are plenty of bars, shops and restaurants nearby, San Eugenio shopping centre is only a minute away by walk. 450 metres to the sandy beach of Playa de las Americas!
We can welcome additional 2 guests as there is a sofa bed in the living room.
