This beautiful adults only accommodation for 2 people has a cosy bedroom with air conditioning with heat pump, double bed, wardrobe and direct access to the terrace. It also has a second room with a desk, perfect for teleworking. It has a full bathroom with double sink and shower, a large space with fully equipped kitchenette, dining area and living room with a comfortable sofa, Smart TV 55’ and direct access to the magnificent 30m2 terrace where you can enjoy a good lunch and sunbathe. In addition, for greater comfort, the residential complex in which it is located has a communal swimming pool and private covered parking.
