On the finca are 2 cottages: Casa Moritz and Casita Sunshine. Casita Sunshine is located above the main house and has its own sun and terrace area, so each of the two units has its own outdoor area and privacy is given, only for pool use, guests of the Casita Susana have access to the lower level of Casa Maxi. The finca provides itself with solar energy. Both cottages are modern furnished on a well maintained plot. The 400 meters of altitude you have a fantastic view of the sea and the neighboring island of La Gomera and the breathtaking sunsets. Internet via Wi-Fi.
The main house Casa Moritz has 2 bedrooms each with double bed, 2 bathrooms, one with bath, the other with shower. Living-dining room with open kitchen and cooking island. The kitchen has a 4-ring gas hob, freezer, fridge and dishwasher. Towels and bed linen are provided, beach towels should be brought. There is a communal washing machine.
A large covered breakfast terrace and a covered chill out terrace with couch provide the absolute feel-good factor. For entertainment there is satellite TV with radio.
In 1 km distance there is a German butcher and restaurants. The nearest beach and the Costa Adeje are about 7 km away, the nearest golf course about 5 minutes.

Wunderbares Haus mit toller Aussicht
Die Lage ein Traum, die Aussicht von der Terrasse aufs Meer und den Sonnenuntergang auf Gomera phantastisch. Der Garten, der Pool, die ganze Anlage sehr gepflegt und sauber. Die Ausstattung wirklich gut, wir haben nichts vermisst. Nur die Baustelle beim Nachbarn war nervig .... Und liebe Grüße an Gerti. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder. .
