It is in an excellent location, just 5 minutes walk from the lovely Torviscas Beach and the pleasant promenade. It has individual and private access. The master bedroom has a large wardrobe with a safe and a bathroom en suite. It also has direct access to a small private, sunny terrace overlooking the communal pool. On the ground floor you will find the spacious, modern, American style, well equipped kitchen. It also has a dishwasher and a separate freezer. The large kitchen bar has direct access to the dining room, which has an elegant table and chairs and air conditioning. The living room has a comfortable chaise lounge which can be converted into a double bed if required. The extralarge flat screen TV has Spanish and international channels. Free WI-FI. From the living room, through the large sliding doors, you can access the beautiful and sunny terrace, surrounded by plants. It is equipped with a table, chairs, sunshade. Adjacent to the living room, there is another separate bedroom with a single bed, outside window, built-in wardrobe and TV.Just a few steps away there are two beautiful beaches: Playa Torviscas, one of the largest and most touristy beaches on the Island and Playa de la Pinta, a beautiful golden sand beach ideal for family holidays. The Colón Marina, from where the tourist boats depart to see whales and dolphins, as well as a centre for other water activities such as sport fishing and pleasure boats, is only 8 minutes away from the beach. In the surroundings there is a great variety of shops, pharmacies, restaurants with all kinds of national and international cuisine, bars, supermarkets and shopping centres, where you will find everything you need.
