Very comfortable

Beds and overall space was super comfortable, easy to kick back and relax. Some minor maintenance issues but they did not effect overall enjoyment of our stay.

Nice Appartement, but needs a bit of care, nice view, nice area...

For the cheap price compared to others it was a good deal. But it lacks in love for the detail and some stuff needs repairment (Faucet in the kitchen is wobbly, many lamps have only one working bulb, furniture and the roll curtain in the sleeping room is woren out,...), but it seems that this is not too important for the owners. But it was very clean and we could manage and made it comfortable for us. The pictures shown here seem to be from the beginning times. Yes the view from the terrace over to Gomera is nice. The Barbecue was for us unusable as everything you need for it (Grill-Utilities, matches (we bought some now), coal, a nice table to eat at on the terrace) is missing. The kitchen has basic utilities and was manageable to cook for us, but it seemed it depends on what the guests buy and leave behind. So from us you now have a better small cutting-board and a bigger pan. ;) Wifi is shared with the neighbouring appartement. We had a few days homeoffice, for which it worked okay. We stayed two and a half weeks with our 3-year-old son. He had no big trouble with the steep staircase, for smaller children those might be tricky. The beach and playground is directly next to the appartement block. For him it was great that where is a box with Duplos and some Beach-Toys (bucket, shovel, rake) in the appartement. Extra Towels for the beach where handed out. Thanks for that. Communication was friendly but only basic, payment process a bit unusual (bank transfer) but worked.
